V2 API

The v2 API is officially our primary API. The X API v2 is completely rebuilt on a modern foundation, offering a single API and consistency for all developers. The v2 API also gives us the opportunity to more quickly reach parity with the consumer app.    With this update, will develop new APIs to match the consumer experience on X and simplify maintenance for both your eng teams and ours.
